Currently, we offer custom basketballs in the following sizes: Size 3 (300–340 g); Size 4 (370–410 g); Size 5 (470–500 g); Size 6 (510–550 g); and Size 7 (600–650 g). These are the standard specifications available on the market. For balls with non-standard weights, availability depends on inventory, so please contact us in advance.

Our current customization options for basketballs primarily focus on the choice of leather materials and colors, such as PU and microfiber. Please provide clear images, logo designs, text, and font styles, and we will assist you with the layout and design. The clearer the materials you provide, the better the final result will be.

Please send us your basketball design specifications via WhatsApp or email. 1: Include the size, color, material, quantity, and shipping address (including the ZIP code). 2: We will first provide you with a quote; once you approve the price, we will create a rough rendering for your confirmation. 3: Production will begin after payment is received. We will keep you updated on the production process and progress periodically. The total lead time from design to production is approximately 7–15 days, depending on the order quantity.

The company currently accepts PayPal, LianLian Pay, XT Pay, and corporate bank transfers. We are continuously adding new payment methods; please contact customer service for details.

Based on the volume and weight of your basketball order, as well as the shipping address, we will identify the most suitable shipping option from our logistics solutions and recommend it to you. We will then charge shipping and tax fees according to the carrier’s quoted rates. We only charge a processing fee for custom-made basketballs. As for carrier fees and national tax rates, we do not mark up these costs or bear any additional expenses, given that our profit margins are already very slim. If you have a preferred shipping agent, we can also ship the goods to your designated location.

PU is the most commonly used material for everyday use, and the majority of basketballs on the market today are made from PU. If you’re looking for a better feel, we recommend moisture-absorbing PU, though it’s more suitable for indoor courts. The highest-quality option currently available is microfiber leather, which is produced in different countries; we currently offer both Japanese and Chinese microfiber leather. This material is typically used for competition balls, though it is also more expensive. For everyday training, PU is sufficient.
