These are the standard specifications available on the market. For balls with non-standard weights, availability depends on inventory, so please contact us in advance.

The main types of leather used for American footballs on the market are PVC, PU, and microfiber. PVC is primarily used for lower-end practice balls and promotional gifts; since the leather is relatively stiff, the overall plumpness is somewhat lacking. PU offers the best quality and the highest value for money, making it suitable for daily training and matches. Microfiber is generally used in more formal or high-end competitions. While the material is indeed high-quality, it is a bit more expensive. We typically stock the largest quantity of PU balls and would recommend PU as your first choice.

The customization process for American football gear is actually quite simple. 1. Let us know your requirements, including the quantity, materials, style, and shipping address (including the ZIP code). 2. We will provide an initial consultation and quote based on your order specifications. If both parties agree, we will discuss the product design. 3. Once the design is confirmed, payment is required to proceed with production. We will periodically update you on the production progress and send you photos. For large orders, we will first produce a sample for your approval.

Although we provide design services, you will still need to supply clear, high-resolution images, logos, and fonts—preferably in vector format. This will ensure the product’s clarity and visual appeal. Of course, we will assist you in finalizing the design before proceeding with the custom production of the American football gear.

Under our partnership model, you commission us to provide custom manufacturing services. We require that you ensure you hold the legal ownership or usage rights to the brands, images, and other materials used. We are not responsible for the legality of intellectual property usage, nor can we assume such liability. As we only earn a modest processing fee, we appreciate your understanding.

As a manufacturer, we only charge a reasonable processing fee. We will pay the exact amount required for applicable taxes and shipping costs. Based on the product’s weight, volume, and delivery timeline, we will select the most suitable shipping method and provide you with a quotation for your consideration. If you have a preferred logistics provider, we can also ship the goods to your designated logistics hub. We do not charge any additional fees on top of the applicable taxes and shipping costs.
